As the Head of Partner Marketing at Creatio, you will lead a team of Partner Marketing Managers to cultivate and strengthen relationships with Creatio partners. Your primary focus will be developing integrated partner marketing programs to generate demand and drive Creatio brand awareness through the Creatio partner community. You will be responsible for creating scalable and efficient marketing campaigns to promote Creatio products, aiming to establish marketing frameworks for global leverage.

The role will be based in Portugal and will report to the VP of Marketing — Vlad Korol

Responsibilities:  

  • Lead a team of Partner Marketing Managers to cultivate and strengthen partner relationships.  
  • Develop integrated marketing programs to drive partner sales/Creatio Brand Awareness across system integrators, public cloud providers, device manufacturers, and semiconductor companies.  
  • Create scalable and efficient marketing campaigns to promote Creatio products, aiming to establish marketing frameworks for global leverage.  
  • Enhance the value proposition of co-marketing programs for existing partners and attract new partners to collaborate with Creatio.  
  • Ensure marketing consistency among partners to accurately represent the Creatio brand, products and value proposition.  
  • Establish and support relationships with partner sales, channel, and marketing teams to maximize partner sales potential for Creatio products, services, and technologies.  
  • Develop a deep understanding of partner business strategies and objectives, crafting co-marketing strategies and programs that align with mutual benefits for Creatio and partners.  
  • Advocate for mutual business development, driving customer demand for partner products and leveraging capabilities to improve touchpoints and business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in B2B marketing (SaaS space) and working with strategic corporate partners to develop co-marketing initiatives.  
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in fast-growing companies. Managerial skills with a track record in developing teams.
  • Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or silicon industries preferred.  
  • Strong skills in customer and partner relationship management.  
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to assess opportunities and make informed decisions on program ROI and advantages.
